Lloyds- PQS Requirements 2022 (for England Only)

Dear Locums Lloyds Pharmacy stores will be conducting Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) declarations between Monday 6th February 2023 and 3rd March 2023. You may already have shift(s) booked across those dates or may in the future book shift(s) therefore this may impact you. Registered professionals must complete certain training modules for PQS, and stores will need a copy of certificates for these modules retained in store as evidence for the NHS. Please can you ensure you bring a copy of ALL certificates for the modules below. If you are yet to complete the modules, then please ensure you do so accordingly. The modules are as follows:

  1. CPPE Sepsis e-learning and e-assessment (must be completed between 1st April 2021 - 31st March 2023)

  2. CPPE Risk Management e-learning and e-assessment

  3. CPPE Inhaler Technique for health professionals (must be completed between 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2023)

  4. PHE Antimicrobial Stewardship for Community Pharmacy e-learning and e-assessment HEE elfh Hub (e-lfh.org.uk) (must be completed between 1st April 2020 - 31st March 2023)

  5. HEE Infection Prevention and Control Level 2 e-learning and assessment HEE elfh Hub (e-lfh.org.uk) (must be completed between 1st April 2020 - 31st March 2023)

  6. CPPE Weight Management e-learning and e-assessment (must be completed between 1st April 2019 - 31st March 2023)

  7. Safeguarding Level 3 webinar HEE elfh Hub (e-lfh.org.uk)

  8. CPPE Domestic abuse awareness (safe spaces training) e-learning and e-assessment

  9. Module 1 of Let’s communicate cancer e-learning and e-assessment HEE elfh Hub (e-lfh.org.uk) (must be completed between 1st March 2021 - 31st March 2023)
